St. Joseph’s Welcomes New Board Member
SARANAC LAKE – St. Joseph’s Addiction, Treatment & Recovery Centers, a leader in inpatient addiction treatment for individuals, families and veterans, recently welcomed the newest member to its Board of Directors.
Dallas Sutton is a lifelong resident of the North Country and is currently the Business Banking Regional Manager, for NBT Bank. His coverage area includes the Seaway, Northway, Greater Albany and Fulton/Montgomery regions. Born and raised in Ogdensburg, he attended Clarkson University for his undergraduate and graduate studies where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Master of Business Administration degrees.
“Northern New York offers a robust network of recovery treatment providers, such as St. Joseph’s,” said Mr. Sutton. “They are an organization in a class of its own with a solid reputation for delivering inpatient addiction treatment to individuals of all ages, and specialized inpatient care for the veteran population – no other organization in our region offers such a complete range of services.”
Mr. Sutton brings a deep financial perspective to the board, and as a resident of Ogdensburg, his ties to the Seaway Valley provide an important link to a region served by St. Joseph’s. The Rose Hill Adolescent Treatment Program located in Massena, NY, provides comprehensive care and supports to individuals, age 12 to 20, diagnosed with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions such as depression or anxiety.
In addition to the financial sector, Mr. Sutton also sits on the boards of other key community organizations and institutions. The St. Joseph’s Board of Directors is comprised of community volunteers representing a wide range of professional backgrounds, who are directly responsible for the ongoing governance and sound fiscal stewardship of the agency.
