Rose Hill Residential Services for Youth offers a safe, secure and stimulating environment for adolescents who are experiencing problems related to their substance use and abuse in a nurturing, therapeutic setting to meet each adolescent’s developmental, social, medical, and emotional needs.
Rose Hill provides two individualized programs.
- The Adolescent Program focuses on youths, ages 12 to 15, which is designed to be developmentally appropriate for that age group.
- The Young Adult Program is focused on youths ages 16 to 20 and is focused on meeting the unique needs, including their working toward independence, of this age group.
Rose Hill offers:
Evidence-based practices that focus on addiction treatment and offer many approaches to recovery ranging from Harm Reduction, and Medication Assisted Treatment, to self-help programming.
Individualized treatment assessment and treatment planning
Group and individual counseling tailored to your teen’s needs. For example, life skills groups, anger management groups, meditation, educational groups, and presentations on many life topics.
Family services including family counseling
Educational services, including GED prep and academic tutorials, to help your teen stay current with their educational programming
Psychological and mental health services with cultural sensitivity and a specific focus on trauma and building resiliency.
Psychiatric services including access to a bi-lingual psychiatrist for treatment and consultation as needed.
Medical Services with a physician and nurse onsite
Recreational services / Sober Socialization
Relapse prevention/aftercare planning to facilitate your teen safely re-entering his community
Dietary Services with a full menu of home-cooked meals including a homemade dessert with dinner and an evening snack.
A beautiful natural setting with trails, flowers, and streams. Outdoor sports include basketball and snow-showing. We even have a vegetable garden where youths learn to appreciate the freshest of vegetables. Rose Hill also utilizes an outdoor fire pit perfect for group sharing.
