The Malone Permanent Supportive Housing “The Main on Elm” is now full to capacity with 13 units occupied!
We have been developing wrap-around plans (plans incorporating all services surrounding an individual or family to “wrap” them and best meet their needs.) and implementing services to meet the complex needs of the tenants enrolled. We are moving forward with the contract for the “Family Unity” program that will operate within the 7 units on the first floor of 90 Elm St. to provide transitional and intensive services to families identified by the Department of Social Services.
The “Joseph’s Manor” apartment house in Ticonderoga NY is also at capacity. We are adjusting service provisions to meet the needs of the families there to allow for continued growth. The Joseph’s Manor tenants have developed a strong and comprehensive tenant committee to give the residents a voice and to work collaboratively with the community and amongst themselves.
We continue to work outreach and engagement for the “McCauley Manor” facility in Massena. The current tenants are intensively wrapped in services afforded by our staff and local providers to develop skills and meet their goals.
