Rose Hill Adolescent Residential Addiction Treatment
Does Your Child Need Help?
Rose Hill is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, and offers a safe, secure and stimulating environment for adolescents who are experiencing problems related to their substance use and abuse in a nurturing, therapeutic setting to meet each adolescent’s developmental, social, medical, and emotional needs.
Rose Hill offers two individualized programs:
1. The Adolescent Program focuses on youths, ages 12 to 15, which is designed to be developmentally appropriate for that age group.
2. The Young Adult Program is focused on youths ages 16 to 20 and is focused on meeting the unique needs, including their working toward independence, of this age group.
Flexible, Individualized Treatment:
Our model incorporates extended stays, an individualized plan and team approach, building on our history of treatment success.
Mental Health Expertise:
With master-level licensed clinicians, our team also includes a clinical psychologist, a bi-lingual board-certified psychiatrist and a full range of mental health services for a consistent, appropriate level of counseling and support.
Experienced in treating the many mental health conditions that can occur in parallel with addiction, we treat the “whole person” to help build resiliency
“Team of Three” approach:
Every resident works with three specialized counselors, each focused on a different facet of recovery: mental health, the family and substance abuse.
Primary Medical Care:
Residents begin with a complete physical, including their full medical history. Primary care is provided by a NYS board certified family medicine practitioner,
in conjunction with an on-site registered nurse.
Academic and vocational support to prevent failure and keep high school or college on track. Individualized reintegration back to school/campus. High school tutorials, compliant with NYSED graduation requirements; GED preparation; job training or online college coursework to encourage professional success alongside recovery.
