Painting chosen for holiday card

SARANAC LAKE - St. Joseph's Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centers' Steven Tice's painting was selected by New York State's Office for People With Developmental Disabilities from entries submitted throughout the state for this year's OPWDD holiday card.
